The Demand Generation Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies that generate cold leads and re-engage warm leads. You’ll target leads in the financial advisor sector, and work closely with both the sales and marketing teams.

Job Description: What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement lead-generation marketing strategies
- Coordinate email campaigns, content marketing, direct mail, paid search and social media to support lead generation goals
- Leverage marketing automation platforms to develop, track and optimize lead nurturing funnels
- Apply analytics and insights to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
Personal Skills: What Strengths You’ll Need
- 2-3 years experience in demand generation or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation, SEO and CRM software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to think creatively and entrepreneurially
